- Support the development & sustain sourcing cost management processes : spend forecast, spend allocation, savings/losses consolidation
- Develop insightful sourcing cost analytics to help identify cost out opportunities
- Support the deployment of sourcing cost management tools
- Support root cause analysis exercises when cost leakages occur

- Ability to influence & collaborate with stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds.
- At least 3 years experience in a project oriented large industrial components industry
- Candidates with Lean 6 sigma green belt certification are preferred
- Strong analytical skills, Tableau & Dataiku experience is a plus
- Established project management skills.
- 5-10 years experience required
- Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering degree from leading school is required
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Candidates with experience in a commodity management role are preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
