  • Collaborate with commercial teams to help them identify cost competitivity opportunities
  • Support the development & sustain sourcing cost management processes : spend forecast, spend allocation, savings/losses consolidation
  • Develop insightful sourcing cost analytics to help identify cost out opportunities
  • Support the deployment of sourcing cost management tools
  • Support root cause analysis exercises when cost leakages occur

  • Ability to influence & collaborate with stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds.
  • At least 3 years experience in a project oriented large industrial components industry
  • Candidates with Lean 6 sigma green belt certification are preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, Tableau & Dataiku experience is a plus
  • Established project management skills.
  • 5-10 years experience required
  • Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering degree from leading school is required
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Candidates with experience in a commodity management role are preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
