Overview

Central admin support handling queries, records, and credit control for key accounts.

Tasks

-Telephone and email liaison with customers regarding; quotations, works orders, service delivery, customer queries -Resolution of complaints -Creation, organisation, and maintenance of job records -Processing and uploading orders -Purchase order management -Liaising with the accounts and tender teams, as well as the business development managers -Correspondence to customers and franchisees

What You Bring

-Administration skills -Proven track record of customer service -IT literate (Microsoft Office) -Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a dedicated team -Motivated and organised -Strong communication skills -Credit control experience beneficial but not essential -Good attention to detail -Customer focused approach with a professional and friendly telephone manner -Previous experience working on a CRM system desirable. -Inbound and outbound call handling
