Tasks

-If an engineer, maintain engineering registration -Assess the area market to identify and develop project opportunities, determining the best business approach to win and secure contracts -Identify key investments (acquisitions and technology) that will maintain or drive HDR into industry leadership position -Project management duties will include planning, directing, and monitoring the various aspects of large multidiscipline projects or mediumsized projects with a high degree of technical complexity -Develop relationships with senior leadership in key client organizations and industry counterparts in other consulting organizations -Promote the marketing and delivery of all HDR services to clients while working with our client managers -Work with Business Development Leader and Marketing team on development and delivery of area and department market sector initiatives -Work with the client development leaders to drive client development and pursuit processes based on proven capture techniques -Work crosssector with other market sectors as well as other market sectors in other business groups -Lead and/or assist with the identification and recruitment of prospective future market sector employees -Participate in industry associations and serve as a company rolemodel in business and community organizations
