Tasks

-Coordinate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to achieve integrated project outcomes. -Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. -Lead, mentor, and develop a team of structural engineers and designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. -Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and authority submissions. -Oversee the structural design and delivery of large-scale projects across commercial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use developments. -Support business development, proposals, and work-winning activities in collaboration with the leadership team. -Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. -Ensure all designs comply with relevant international codes and local authority requirements.

What You Bring

-Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership is highly desirable. -Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Revit). -Excellent communication and client management skills. -Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering design and project delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role. -Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, materials, and current engineering technologies. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred). -Proven track record in consultancy environments and multidisciplinary project coordination. -Experience in Middle East projects is essential.
