Install, test, and troubleshoot security systems at client sites.

Tasks

-Provides feedback and information to identify any potential barriers to timely execution of the project, such as construction delays or changes. -Provides accurate documentation for completed work. -Maintains assigned company-owned vehicles, tools, equipment, and individual tool issue. -Maintains and protects building keys to customer buildings. -Ensures that systems are installed properly and on time in accordance with Kastle's procedures and quality control standards. -Installs, tests, and troubleshoots new CCTV, access control, and security systems. -Communicates with customers, customer representatives, contractors and Kastle staff as necessary to install and test equipment.

What You Bring

-Candidate must be able to use MS Word, Excel, etc. -Hands‑on experience with hand and power tools. -Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver’s license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position. -Mechanical aptitude and ability to use metering devices. -Must be able to interface and communicate with customers and co‑workers in a clear and professional manner. -Ability to follow the installation, testing, and troubleshooting procedures outlined by i2G. -Must be able to distinguish colors. -Stays up to date and knowledgeable in Kastle services, technology as well as internal processes and procedures. -Must be available to work overtime, weeknights, and/or weekends when necessary. -Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and carry tools and equipment not to exceed seventy‑five pounds.
