Overview

Lead engineering data, CAD/PDM, CPQ, PPM, analytics and cross‑functional teams

Tasks

-Drives root cause analysis and delivery performance improvements. -Ensures data accuracy, security, and compliance with IT standards. -Manages the SaaS-based PPM platform to align with business priorities. -Serves as primary liaison for CAE tool support and BIM conversion services. -Manages multiple CI initiatives using project management for best practices. -Builds dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft 365. -Leads CPQ Analyst team and optimizes integration between CAD/PDM and CPQ systems. -Mentors team members and fosters a high-performance culture. -Oversees ERP Product Data Management including updates and supports Sales/Finance with cost and pricing analytics. -Maintains expertise in CAD/PDM and PLM technologies; acts as technical consultant. -Develops technology roadmaps to support strategic initiatives. -Champions 3D technology adoption within engineering systems. -Owns engineering data governance and change management processes. -Collaborates across Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT to enhance system performance. -Leads a diverse team of engineers, analysts, and technical specialists.

What You Bring

-Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects and lead small teams; self-starter. -Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. -Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities; proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. -Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of CAD/PDM systems, PLM integration, and Microsoft 365 tools. -Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations. -5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in PDM/PLM, Engineering, Design, or Product Development. -Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Electrical/Systems Engineering from an accredited institution -Process & Documentation: Deep understanding of engineering documentation standards and product data lifecycle.
