Role

Prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders, and bills of quantities for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Maintain cost databases, trade packages, and benchmarking information.
Prepare tender documentation and assist with tender presentations and submissions.
Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to support accurate cost planning and forecasting.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and documentation to determine accurate project costs.
Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.

5+ years’ experience as an Estimator within the fit-out, refurbishment, or commercial construction sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven success preparing and managing tenders for projects up to $9M.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with solid commercial acumen.
Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exposure to varied, design-led fit-out and refurbishment projects.
