  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders, and bills of quantities for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Maintain cost databases, trade packages, and benchmarking information.
  • Prepare tender documentation and assist with tender presentations and submissions.
  • Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to support accurate cost planning and forecasting.
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and documentation to determine accurate project costs.
  • Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.

  • Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exposure to varied, design-led fit-out and refurbishment projects.
