Tasks

-Maintain and exceed all Company safety, quality, and Production procedures -Adhere to all quality processes -Perform work that adheres to all safety policies and procedures -Assist with service and maintenance of pre-existing roofing and sheet metal systems -Must represent Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. to customers, vendors, industry professionals, and other RRCI employees in a professional manner at all times. -Execute assignments from Roofing/Service Foreman -Ensure proper PPE is utilized at all times -Keep sites clean and free from hazards -Assist team with coaching, development, and monitoring all Team members -Demolition and tear off existing roofing systems for repair or replacement -Application and/or repair of roofing materials -Perform more detailed and complex roofing work -Provide all set-up for efficiency and safety purposes -Lead the crew in all aspects of the assignment -Follow all safety procedures -Pre-inspection of all sites to ensure all warning/safety guidelines are in place -Assist Entry-level and Roofers with complex assignments -Maintain balance at heights -Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

What You Bring

-Able to do Inspection on roof once work is completed prior to manufacturer's Inspection -18 years of age or older -Knowledge and ability to use complex equipment (welders, heat guns, etc.) -Verbally communicate and understand objectives -Able to climb stairs and ladders -Comfortable with hand and power tools -Must exhibit a friendly demeanor and show courtesy to all clients while on jobsite -Punctual and dependable attendance -Knowledge/Installation of EPDM/TPO/PVC roofing systems -Work with extreme weather conditions -Knowledge of multiple roofing systems and equipment required -Stoop, bend and work on knees, crawl -Authorized to work in the U.S. -Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen -Utilization of hand and power tools
