Tasks

-Provide 2nd/3rd line support for enterprise and bespoke business applications -Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with development teams where needed -Manage incidents, service requests, and problems using ITSM tools -Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content -Support application deployments, patch management, and upgrades on Linux platforms -Contribute to system improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with IT/security standards

What You Bring

-3+ years' experience in Application Support, DevOps, or Software Support roles -Proficient in supporting Java-based applications on Linux systems -Knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL Server, Postgres, or MariaDB) -Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail -Experience using ticketing and monitoring tools -Excellent communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach -Knowledge of ITIL, AWS, Terraform, or scripting (PowerShell/Python) is desirable
