Tasks

To look after the complete cycle of the project fand getting high quality design made to coordination of services from various consultants ensuring the design intent is intact, to preparing high quality construction documents for PMCs or site contractors. Mitigating delays, and facilitating project team meetings and communications. vendors on regular basis and visit sites to ensure proper construction process till hand over. Maintaining proper documentation of all coordination. Regular site visits to ensure proper construction on site. Project architects will be required to coordinate with MEP and structure consultants,

What You Bring

Experience on luxury residential buildings and hospitality is preferred. Relevant experience of team handling. Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Candidate must have minimum 9 years of experience. Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture is a mandate from a reputed college is preferred. It is important for this role to have great coordination skills and in-depth knowledge of working drawings and making accurate drawings. Proficiency in software’s i.e. Auto-CAD. Knowledgeable in structure coordination, MEP services, detailing drawings and building Strong coordination skills with contractors and vendors. Ability to create precise technical documents for construction projects. Expertise with building structures and the entire project lifecycle. European classicism with modernist tropical architecture.
