-Design collateral material (e.g. site tour books, landing page graphics) -Review materials, including making edits and appropriate adjustments based on internal and external feedback -Produce site plans, label aerials, re-touch photos, logos -Design invitations and collateral for special projects -Design real estate transaction brochures, offering memorandums and pitch books -Coordinate photography and video shoots for deals/projects

What You Bring

-Be able to work well with outside vendors including rendering companies and videographers -Working knowledge of appropriate software (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point) -Production knowledge is a plus -Minimum of one-year graphic design work experience -College degree -Technical and creative proficiency working in Adobe Creative Suite on Macintosh OS X
