Tasks

-Ensure service operational excellence is achieved on all requests in a timely manner. -Update the Proactive Job Register on a weekly basis and email it to CW Helpdesk. -Complete daily / weekly building checks and stock audit. -Maintain a property interior report of any jobs completed or escalating to the help desk. -Provide facilities support across multiple client sites as required, including travel between locations. -To report overtime, sickness and absenteeism to the Area Manager. -Cover Front of House during unplanned and annual leave. -Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to site-specific procedures. -Maintain communication with the central team to coordinate tasks and priorities. -Work across all UK sites on a weekly basis, ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to site-specific procedures. -Make sure the client receives efficient, professional and friendly service always. -Prepare meeting room setups and check desks and offices to ensure readiness for use. This includes removing any personal belongings left by previous users. -Report grievances and disciplinary or welfare matters to the Area Manager. -Ensure all accidents are recorded properly via the CW Risk and Compliance Meridian. -Work closely Front of House provide support during busy times or when cover is required. -Regularly review the CW H&S Policies, including Risk Assessments, Electrical Register, PPE Records, Contractor Evaluation and site induction forms. -Flexibility: provide support to the on-site team as required. -Work with C&W to manage work orders requested by the client, escalating any failings to the line manager and C&W, so the impact on the client can be minimal. -Evaluate each job request and any jobs within the scope of capability, making sure to close them quickly and efficiently; these jobs would include light bulb changing, minor plumbing, decorating, furniture or equipment building/moving, and equipment services. -Conduct daily checks on photocopiers to ensure they are operational. Promptly report any breakdowns or stock requirements to the IT team to avoid service disruption. -Log and monitor all operational requests through to completion via FAMIS.

What You Bring

-To be helpful and have an excellent knowledge of multiple sites. -Coordination with IT infrastructure teams is essential to confirm that IT kits are functioning properly—this is a shared responsibility, not solely managed by Facilities. -Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, visitors and colleagues -Excellent personal presentation: this always includes smart dress and PPE when required for tasks. -Strong organisational skills.
