Tasks
The Senior Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Designer plays a critical role in delivering high-quality design and drafting services to support complex engineering projects across the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. This role supports the organization's mission of delivering innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions by providing advanced I&C design expertise from concept to completion. You will contribute to project success through technical excellence, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement and safety. -Develop and deliver disciplinespecific instrumentation and control (I&C) designs, drafting, and 3D modeling services in alignment with company standards, client expectations, and applicable codes and regulations. -Utilize electronic document management systems (EDMS) to organize and manage design documentation. -Conduct site visits and field verification to validate and update markedup drawings. -Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, construction teams, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the design lifecycle. -Assist in the development and review of final project documentation, incorporating client feedback and internal quality standards. -Continuously seek and implement process improvements, technological advancements, and innovative approaches to enhance design efficiency and integrity. -Support development of deliverables such as design drawings, 3D models, bills of materials, schedules, and material takeoffs. -Ensure design output is timely, accurate, and within defined scope and budget. -Apply recognized offshore and onshore design principles, standards, and practices in all aspects of I&C engineering. -Interpret and incorporate data from P&IDs, oneline diagrams, loop diagrams, and other technical documentation.

What You Bring
This position is in Englewood Colorado, working a 3-day hybrid schedule, and not eligible for remote work. -Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. -Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SmartPlant Instrumentation (Intools). -Experience conducting field verification and site walks to validate design intent and drawing accuracy. -Skilled in organizing and managing complex design data from multiple sources. -Demonstrated experience in a related field such as engineering design, operations, construction, maintenance, fabrication, or environmental services. -Strong understanding of I&C design standards, including the ability to interpret and update P&IDs, loop drawings, and oneline diagrams. -Proficient in 3D modeling and drafting software tools, with the ability to generate accurate and detailed deliverables. -Prior experience supporting oil/gas, pipeline, offshore and/or onshore projects is preferred. -Familiarity with navigating intranet portals and electronic documentation systems (EDMS).
