  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience in IT projects as an IT professional to develop/enhance business applications and integrations
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with inquisitive approach
  • Ability to coordinate specifications and delivery of work with external vendors when specific developments are required
  • Knowledge of configuring ProductVision software or other PLM application
  • Willingness to proactively engage with business users to fully understand needs
  • Familiarity with formulation development and/or regulatory area within a manufacturing organization
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to find best solutions and identify impacts, risks and dependencies
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Strong team work and collaboration skills but with ability to work independently
  • Relevant Bachelor or Master degree in IT/Computer Science
  • Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience of configuring standard applications with involvement in design, build and test phases to deliver quality solutions with minimum rework
