The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an architectural firm in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai, with a solid understanding of design development, detailing, and local approval processes. 📞 8850720034 / 8080779251 -Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit is beneficial. -B.Arch from a recognized university. -Understanding of UDCPR norms, local development control regulations, and submission requirements. -1–4 years of professional experience in an architectural firm. -Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. -Detail-oriented and eager to learn within a collaborative environment. -Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time. -Liaisoning knowledge with authorities such as CIDCO, NMMC, PMC, etc., will be considered an added advantage.
