Tasks

-Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal -Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience -Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers

What You Bring

-Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property -Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience is a plus. -Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required to perform the essential functions of the job -Accurate payment processing and cash handling -Effective 5/7/25 MUST have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center -Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds -Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
