Tasks

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and increasing brand awareness within the community. This includes engaging with referral sources such as architects, homebuilders, and commercial construction teams as well as building relationships with prospective clients. -Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with local leadership and sales team. -Generate and exceed monthly lead quotas for the sales team. -Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor negotiation, booth setup, and staff coordination. -Utilize ERP and CRM systems to manage leads, track performance, and report on key metrics. -Attend and represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and community meetings. -Conduct an average of 30-35 calls per week in addition to presentations and events -Conduct presentations, in-services, and educational luncheons. -Grow business by visiting job sites, being able to perform a takeoff, and register with builders. -Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize lead generation and business growth. -Plan and execute events that drive lead generation and brand visibility. -Coordinate customer review acquisition and digital marketing efforts in collaboration with the corporate marketing team. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. -Identify and implement advertising opportunities across print, direct mail, and partnership advertising.
