The Role

Overview

Design, implement, and manage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments with a security focus.

Tasks

-Manage virtual networks, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute, and load balancers. -Design, implement, and maintain Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Storage, Virtual Machines, etc.). -Manage Microsoft Defender Suite (Defender for O365, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, and Cloud Apps). -Manage Azure subscriptions, RBAC roles, policies, and governance using Azure Policy & Blueprints. -Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for M365 issues, escalating when necessary. -Implement and maintain M365 security controls including Conditional Access, MFA, and DLP policies. -Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure seamless Azure operations and security integration. -Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, performance issues, and implement corrective actions. -Ensure security compliance, high availability, and scalability of Azure workloads. -Configure and maintain Compliance Center, Purview, and Information Protection policies. -Manage core M365 services Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. -Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. -Automate provisioning and operational tasks using PowerShell or ARM templates. -Connect on a personal level with team and clients -Stay updated with Microsoft 365 roadmap, new releases, and recommend improvements. -Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access Policies, and Identity Protection. -Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and cost optimization strategies in Azure. -Anticipate needs and take initiative to address -Manage and monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center.

What You Bring

-Positive attitude, eagerness to learn new technologies, and effective communication skills. -Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. -Proficiency in managing Azure AD P1/P2 features (MFA, PIM, PAM, Access Reviews, Conditional Access, SSPR, etc.). -Be aware of situation and environment -Knowledge of Hybrid environment integration (On-prem AD with AAD Connect). -Strong hands-on experience with Azure Administration, Azure AD, Identity Management, and Networking. -Experience with Azure Automation, Azure Policy, and ARM Templates. -Ability to work independently on complex projects. -Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration and Security tools (Defender Suite, Purview, AIP, DLP). -Experience in automation scripting (PowerShell). -Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
