Tasks

-Compile cost-to-complete schedules and monthly cost value reports -Lead commercial strategy across multiple wastewater projects -Prepare subcontract orders and review terms to mitigate risk -Mentor and develop the commercial team -Managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow -Identify and quantify risks and opportunities on margin outturns -Maintain strong customer relationships and manage expectations -Support tender processes and challenge contract terms -Manage and administer contracts throughout project lifecycle (typically NEC 4)

What You Bring

-Degree or HNC/HND in a relevant subject -10+ years’ experience in commercial project management -Chartered status preferred -Full UK driving licence -Strong understanding of NEC 4 and other contract forms (JCT, ICE) -Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
