Tasks

Creating, Connecting and caring for the community -Lead and champion Fulton Hogan best practices, work procedures, health and safety, environment and quality procedures, customer relationship management on all projects -Set project estimates for resource use and cost, manage the project to meet or exceed margins / profit -Ensure jobs are carried out to job specifications, company policies and relevant legislation, codes and regulations -Prepare a specific programme to achieve the construction dates and milestones -Maintain customer / client relationships and find innovative ways to add value to our customers and meet expectations

What You Bring

-Holds relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor or Engineering) or equivalent practical experience -Familiar with NZS 3910, Construction Contracts Act, NEC Contracts, Working towards CCS training as Project Management tool -Knowledge of underlying engineering principles that represent good practice with NZ Civil -Strong financial management acumen -Competent users of Word, Excel and Project -Minimum 5 years' experience in managing the delivery of projects in the Civil Construction industry -NZ Citizen or NZ Resident -Solid experience with job pricing including materials, labour and plant and associated margin / profit calculations -Full class 1 driver's licence -Proven client building relationship and management experience
