Tasks

-Stay updated on Workday releases and new features; recommend and implement improvement -Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) -Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, vendors) to gather requirements and define integration strategies. -Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.

What You Bring

-Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. -3-5 years of workday Experience in HCM or Finance modules -3+ years of strong Workday development experience using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), calculated fields, transformations, and custom reports -Strong knowledge on workday Studio and XSLT -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Good Knowledge Workday business process
