  • Ensure designs are optimized for overseas manufacturing and scalable deployment in the U.S.
  • Drive innovation in hydro-cooled, AI-ready data center design.
  • Oversee design of integrated systems including power distribution, cooling, racking, redundancy, and networking.
  • Build and lead a U.S.-based engineering team to deliver world-class modular solutions.
  • Own the engineering strategy, design, and execution for modular data center products.
  • Collaborate with Shanghai-based product/manufacturing teams and Indian engineering resources to bring designs from concept to production.

  • Prior leadership in fast-growth hardware or infrastructure companies.
  • Expertise in modular or large-scale infrastructure systems (cooling, power, networking, redundancy).
  • Experience collaborating with international manufacturing and engineering partners.
  • Background in modular design or prefabricated systems.
  • Strong project leadership with ability to execute complex, multi-discipline designs.
