Tasks

-Course Development: Create and maintain modular courseware (slides, labs, simulations, quizzes, and job-aids) for classroom, virtual, and blended learning. -Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in power distribution technology, industry standards, and best practices to ensure the training content remains current and relevant. -Customer Site Training: Offer training sessions at customer sites, including travel to different locations as needed. -Feedback and Assessment: Regularly review participant feedback and training KPIs (satisfaction, retention, pass rates, field impact) and proactively update course materials, labs, and delivery methods to improve training quality and outcomes continuously. -Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and tailor training programs to meet specific requirements, ensuring that participants gain relevant knowledge applicable to their job roles. -Collaborate with Experts: Regularly connect with Product Lifecycle Managers, engineering, services, and sales to keep content aligned with product updates and customer needs. -Mentor and Coach: Prepare substitute trainers or subject-matter experts supporting training activities. -Hands-on Learning: Deliver high-quality, instructor-led, and hands-on lab training on Siemens protection relays, DIGSI tools, and protection & automation fundamentals. -Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality, instructor-led, and hands-on lab training on Siemens protection relays, DIGSI tools, and protection & automation fundamentals.

What You Bring

-Digital/AI Curiosity: Willing to experiment with digital learning tools and help expand e-learning or blended offerings. -Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering -Passion for Developing Others: Can translate complex technical concepts into clear, role-based learning outcomes. -Ability to travel 10% -Familiarity with IEEE industry standards and regulations related to power protection and distribution. -Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization—with the exception of current Siemens employees, for whom work authorization support may be provided. -Communication/Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written presentation skills. -Customer-focused and Adaptable: Skilled at customizing learning for diverse audiences and operational contexts. -Technical Proficiency: Deep technical expertise and professional experience in high- and medium-voltage protection technology and principles (protection & automation fundamentals, relay coordination, fault analysis). Proficiency with Siemens DIGSI tools and/or secondary test equipment (Omicron, Doble, Megger), and practical lab experience required.
