Tasks

You will focus on works for 1 large client undertaking refurbishment and fit-out works on schemes up to £15m -Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with the budget. -Establishing friendly, professional relationships with clients and being an extension of their team -Proactively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow, and ensuring that applications are made correctly and promptly. -Subcontractor tendering and reviewing costs. -Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering. -Ensuring that final accounts are negotiated and agreed.

What You Bring

Refurbishment experience is key (walls, ceilings, floors) You will be used to working at a pace on fast turnaround projects You will be an experienced Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor. Main contractor or consultancy experience You will be joining a team of 30 and will enjoy working in a collaborative working environment in a modern, open-plan office.
