Tasks

-Lead stakeholder communication and incident management across integration platforms, ensuring high service standards and satisfaction. -Contribute to a positive, outcome-focused team culture within the Connectivity and Platforms team, supporting DuluxGroup values. -Drive cost awareness and contribute to budget efficiency through technology initiatives that reduce spend. -Champion safety and sustainability by ensuring all IT activities align with company policies and promote a safe working environment. -Strategically uplift integration services (especially SAP CPI), streamline processes, and retire legacy platforms while maintaining documentation and standards.

What You Bring

-Skilled in documentation, stakeholder communication, and working within agile, multi-project environments. -Proficient in JavaScript, web technologies, and data handling best practices across databases. -Experience with tools like Jira and ITIL frameworks is preferred but not essential. -Familiarity with other integration tools like SAP Data Services or AIS is a plus. -Holds a tertiary IT qualification or equivalent practical experience. -5+ years in Integration Developer or Architect roles, with strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
