Overview

Serve meals and provide fine-dining service to senior living residents.

Tasks

-Review daily menus with residents and assist with meal selections -Participate in pre-meal meetings with dining and kitchen staff -Acquaint new residents with menus, seating options, and dining etiquette -Deliver accurate meal orders and respond to special requests as needed -Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere -Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to ensure residents are satisfied with food and dining programs -Follow food safety guidelines and uphold Quality Enhancement standards -Share feedback from residents regarding food preferences with the Director of Culinary Services for menu improvements -Serve beverages and meals to residents and guests in a timely manner -Assist in the preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and themed dining experiences -Set tables following Experience Senior Living standards -Encourage teamwork and a collaborative environment among all staff members -Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment containers
