Tasks

-Define and implement commercialization strategies to accelerate sales and revenue growth -Create and own the go-to-market and growth plans. Develop, maintain, and execute on a robust customer acquisition strategy -Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Thalo, such as driving market differentiation and product positioning -Develop, maintain, and drive meaningful customer partnerships to drive increased sales, continuous product market discovery, customer feedback, and channels for feature experimentation -Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy and development -Manage and grow the business development team at Thalo

What You Bring

-Experience in proptech, commercial real estate, sustainability, or climatetech -Product Thinking: A strong understanding of how to leverage customer feedback to inform better product development and engineering cycles -Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a knack for identifying the solutions that best address customers’ needs and articulating the value -8+ years of experience working in revenue growth focused role such as Partnerships, Sales, GTM, Business Development, Growth, or Revenue -Product Market Fit: A deep understanding of searching, building, and refining product market fit, including identifying new market opportunities and iterating on product market positioning -An MBA or other postgraduate degree focused on business delivery -Go-To-Market: Proven experience bringing new products to market, preferably with a mix of experience across startups and mid to large sized companies -Adaptability: A process mindset with high attention to detail combined with the ability to quickly pivot as initial assumptions are tested, new information is received and new opportunities are identified
