Tasks

-Conduct Blower Door Tests -Run blower door tests before and after sealing -Air seal attic top plates and penetrations -Set up blower doors properly -Ensure homes are in safe conditions to run Blower Door tests -Provide lead technician with all required documentation -Take photos of work being done in the home

-Reliable Transportation Required -Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. -Thoroughly air seal homes based on blower door results -This job will require travel in a personal or company-provided vehicle. -Air seal homes based on Blower Door diagnoses -OSHA 10 and OSHA Confined Space Certification -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and time management skills. -Outgoing, flexible, and personable demeanor. -Basic computer skills required. -Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. -Weatherize doors and windows in conditioned space -Energize CT HES program knowledge a plus. -While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, crawl, or kneel in confined spaces. The employee may be required to lift up to 60 pounds, and must be able to climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, stand on roofs, and move up and down stairs safely. -Document blower door readings properly -Air seal basement rim joists and penetrations -Customer settings: This position is based in customer settings and will require work in and out of doors, including in attics, basements, small-confined spaces, and rooftops.
