Tasks

-Liaise with internal teams to obtain an understanding of the bids/projects and the documentation requirements -Assist in updating and maintaining repository of pre-approved and vetted responses. Additionally, support in development of repository for new regions or countries basis the requirement -Support the team in the absence of Governance Associate/Manager and ensure business continuity -Support sales and presales/bid teams by sourcing compliance related responses by working in coordination with the different/regional advocates -Support in preparing and maintaining trackers and dashboard for management reporting

What You Bring

-Understand Salesforce CRM platform to communicate with teams and maintain records -Familiarity with Sales CRM systems such as Salesforce -Understand Jacobs’s sales environment, policies and procedures -A degree in law is must -Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes multi-location teams -Experience of working on SharePoint sites will be beneficial -Proficient in mainstream Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) will be beneficial -Experience in knowledge management will be beneficial -2-3 years of relevant experience in legal or para legal domain
