Tasks
-You are a central contact person for development / engineering and a specialist for the development of suppliers for magnetic components (e.g., chokes, transformers), capacitors (film, ceramic, electrolytic), and other passive components (resistors, filters, etc.)and their mechanical, electrical testing processing. -In addition, you will sustainably implement improvement activities and carry out effectiveness checks using independent controlling. -You will support suppliers in the creation of action plans and accompany suppliers in the implementation of performance improvements. -You will participate in the qualification of suppliers and supplier development. -Furthermore, you will support the reduction of material costs by means of cost and process analysis, you will contribute your own ideas, coordinate superordinate measures and standardize purchased parts where possible. -You will carry out supplier audits / process surveys and root cause analyses at suppliers, thus ensuring process and product quality. -You will release FAI/PPAP for casting parts onsite at the supplier before sending it to our locations -As a Supplier Quality Manager (m/f/d) for SMO RS CP QM you ensure that the quality of supply from our Indian Magnetics, capacitor , passive components suppliers is continuously improve and you bundle the SQM activities in your material field commodity.

What You Bring
-Overall experience between 5 to 6 years. -You have successfully completed a Bachelors / Master's degree in engineering and have initial professional experience, In-depth knowledge of Magnetic components (e.g., winding processes, core materials, insulation systems), Capacitor technologies (e.g., film, ceramic, electrolytic), Passive components (resistors, filters, etc.) -You are experienced in the practical application and implementation of supplier audits (VDA 6.3), supplier development, problem-solving processes such as 8D as well as opportunity and risk management processes. -You are confident in dealing with SAP/R3 and the common MS Office applications. Knowledge of Teamcenter is an advantage, but not a must. -We can rely on your experience in quality management, ideally in supplier management or in development or product management. -If you are willing to travel for business purposes (approx. 60 %) and have business fluent English skills, then we look forward to receiving your application.
