Tasks

-Keeping accurate files -Reply to queries, emails and telephone queries -Complete customer questionnaires and Service engineer site access forms. -Liaise with customers and Service engineers to schedule Service engineer site visits. -Work closely with customers and other Airedale staff, both internally and externally. -Record and book Service engineer training courses. -Assist the department to reach its targets -Allocate different parts to be shipped to site. -Chasing missing Service engineer site visit reports.

The Service Department at Airedale has a responsibility to provide service, maintenance and repair solutions. The role includes communication with Airedale’s customers to ensure that their expectations are met, and that an excellent level of customer service is adhered too. We are looking for a strong communicator, who has experience in an aftermarket or service department and enjoys thriving in a busy environment. -Experience of working in a busy and varied customer service based role -Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner with the ability to gain the correct information from the customer -Experience of scheduling site visits in a busy environment. -Competent PC skills (SAP and Microsoft Office) -Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks accordingly -Strong administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
