💪 Experience: 7+ years as a superintendent on commercial or healthcare construction projects 📍 Location: Nashville, TN area (regional projects – minimal travel required) -Skilled in scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor management -Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills -Strong background in healthcare or commercial construction -Preferred: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, commissioning, and ICRA experience -Solid understanding of ICRA, OSHA, and building codes
