Tasks

-Develop growth strategies in new and emerging markets. -Represent Garver in civic and professional organizations. -Evaluate and approve go/no-go decisions for project opportunities. -Maintain high-level client relationships and perform regular project debriefs and client check-ins. -Develop a business plan and financial metrics for the region. -Build and maintain relationships at the political level necessary to support key pursuits. -Assist with strategic pursuits, including interview preparation and win strategies. -Oversee and approve contract terms, scopes, and fees to mitigate risk. -Ensure teams are performing at a high level and have accountability to the goals established in the business plan. -Mentor and support Team Leaders to foster professional growth and leadership. -Recruit and onboard Project Managers and Team Leaders.
