Overview

Perform maintenance and repairs on apartments, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and common areas while providing resident support.

Tasks

-Performing repairs and preventative maintenance for HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances -Working with the team to ensure all maintenance tasks are handled efficiently and professionally -Assisting with the upkeep of common areas, property buildings, and pool maintenance -Managing daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshooting unexpected issues -Completing apartment work orders and turnovers promptly -Responding to emergency maintenance requests as needed

What You Bring

-At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential community or similar field -CFC and HVAC certifications are required -Demonstrating exceptional customer service in all interactions with residents and staff -Strong background in plumbing, electrical systems, and general apartment maintenance -A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between properties if needed -Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
