Tasks

-Stay updated on local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards related to landscape architecture -Produce detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, and specifications -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists, to create integrated design solutions -Develop comprehensive landscape design concepts for a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial and public spaces -Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the landscape architecture department -Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions -Incorporate sustainable design practices and water-efficient landscaping techniques suitable for the arid climate of Saudi Arabia -Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design intent and rationale -Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Strong knowledge of design detailing, construction techniques, and project documentation -6-10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery -Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment -Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, and Rhino -Familiarity with design, tender, and construction processes -Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture; Master's degree is a plus -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Experience working on large-scale projects in arid climates -Knowledge of local flora and climate conditions in Saudi Arabia -Creative mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work -Understanding of sustainable landscape design practices and water conservation techniques -Experience with 3D rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion
