Tasks

-Developing philosophies, or basis of design. -Developing calculations or models. -Under broad direction, you will interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments. -You will support design development and engineering work in the discipline of industrial acoustics. Your work will include: -Apply advanced theories, concepts, principles, and processes for an assigned area of responsibility. -Compare predicted N&V levels against the required limits. -Supporting Package Responsible Engineers (PRE) through procurement phase particularly during vendor liaisons. -Support Projects in the identification of noise and vibration reduction, control or mitigation measures. -Identifying Project specific legislation, standards, codes, practices and procedures.

What You Bring

-Master’s degree in engineering (preferred). -Chartered Engineer: membership of an accredited Institution, e.g. Institute of Acoustics (preferred). -Expert level understanding of several areas of noise and vibration, with a good understanding of all other areas. -A relevant number of years of experience. -Able to check and confirm completeness of deliverables. -BEng or equivalent in science or engineering. -Experience in leading project work on FEED or EPC projects.
