Overview

Source and acquire land for single-family master-planned communities

Tasks

-Evaluate the economic viability of projects; assist in preparing project feasibility studies and cost analyses -Foster professional relationships within the industry and community, such as with landowners, municipal officials, realtors/brokers, and developers -Negotiate zoning and planning issues with municipalities; coordinate work with the project engineer and municipalities -Negotiate with land/lot sellers on terms and conditions of contracts -Identify new residential development/lot purchase opportunities

What You Bring

-3-5 years of experience in residential land acquisitions/land brokerage -Knowledge of real estate planning and development, financial analysis, and market research -Strong verbal and written communication skills -An open mind for new ideas and creative methods -Outstanding organizational and time management skills -Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel -Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field
