Oversee and coordinate electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.

Tasks
-Generates pre-construction material and tool lists and develops lookahead schedules for foremen. -Participates in weekly operations meetings and project lifecycle touchpoints (kickoff, updates, closeout). -Maintains and updates staffing forecasts to support proactive workforce planning. -Assists in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of field employees; promotes a safe and growth-oriented work environment. -Lays out project work and ensures that materials, tools, equipment, and manpower are scheduled in a timely manner to meet scope, budget, and construction schedules. -Directly supervises assigned field personnel and trade contractors to ensure quality, timeline, and budget expectations are met. -Prepares daily logs documenting site conditions, manpower, and activities. -Supports estimating efforts, site surveys, and customer walk-throughs as needed. -Conducts timely and comprehensive performance evaluations. -Coordinates with client personnel and internal project teams to ensure compliance with site-specific security, safety, and access protocols. -Operates company vehicles and equipment in compliance with safety protocols and traffic laws. -Leads on-site commissioning activities and supports successful turnover. -Submits weekly workforce schedules for field and temp labor to support operations planning. -Schedules and oversees inspections as required by local and state codes and arranges final inspections. -Communicates design changes, RFIs, and submittals to the field team and ensures alignment across stakeholders. -Monitors worksite safety and ensures all work is completed with zero accidents. -Oversees punch list completion and project closeout efforts. -Collaborates with the Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and foremen to maintain project momentum. -Evaluates staff performance, coaches team members, and supports ongoing employee development.

What You Bring
-Excellent communication and time management skills -Valid driver's license in good standing -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam -Strong problem-solving abilities -High School Diploma or GED -15+ years of commercial electrical experience, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity -Previous experience working in multiple jurisdictions or jobsite travel roles -Ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure -Experience in data center construction -Master Electrician license
