Tasks
-Recruiting/inducting and retaining the next grs talent. -Ensuring that there are fun activities delivered and entertaining our team, customers and suppliers outside working hours. -To work with the director to set the budgets for the year. -Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant workplace. -Developing and creating an energetic trading environment for the team to grow and progress with 1to1 plans for all. -Admin responsibilities for all aspects of the business from Supplier quotes being correct, Data entered into systems and Purchase orders. -Responsibility for the gross trading margin performance of the region. -Delivering a supplier Strategy alongside the Director. -Managing and leading the commercial team within the region, driving and exceeding budgets with a Can-do attitude. -Working with the internal business partners across all aspects of the business, HSEQ, HR, People, Finance, Shared Services.

-Situation solving, be proactive and capable of understanding issues and resolving. -Broad product range knowledge - Aggregates and Waste Removal (Desirable). -Thrive in challenging situations and enjoy working within deadlines. -External Sales / Field Sales Experience (Desirable). -Experience managing internal and external sales staff (Essential). -Must have a full UK Driving License (Essential).
