Tasks

-Provide commercial and contractual support across key work packages. -Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and the client to deliver value and efficiency. -Prepare accurate cost forecasts, reports, and risk assessments. -Manage subcontract procurement, payments, valuations, and variations. -Ensure robust contract administration and protect Balfour Beatty’s commercial position.

What You Bring

-Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline -Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial management skills -Strong knowledge of NEC contracts -A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to thrive in a high-profile, fast-paced environment. -Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within major infrastructure, civil engineering, or energy projects
