Design roadway plans/specs for INDOT using MicroStation, manage drawings, collaborate with team.

Tasks
-As part of a project team, collaborate on plan production to produce high quality plans, specifications that follow INDOT standards and guidelines -Complete design tasks and produce high quality plans, specifications, and estimate deliverables to create an exemplary client experience -Manage and coordinate project drawings using Microstation, InRoads software -Collaborate with engineering staff on technical challenges while adhering to task performance indicators, budgets, and schedules

What You Bring
-Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment -Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs -INDOT Utility Coordination Certification preferred -Associate’s degree or college training may be substituted for some, but not all 10+ years of relevant experience -High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering design and production software (MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD and Civil3D)
