-Greet customers within the showroom -Assist in payment collection/invoicing -Perform data entry and update Customer Service Database -Answer phones and forward calls to the appropriate individual -Schedule appointments over the phone including in-home consultations, final measurements, installations, and services -Generate daily summary reports -Quality control-demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors work to ensure quality

What You Bring

-Dependability-consistently at work on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance -Experience in the construction/window industry a plus -High School Diploma or GED equivalent -Customer service and multi-line phone experience preferred -Excellent written and oral communication -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) -Ability to type a minimum of 40 WMP
