Tasks
-Work collaboratively with our Airport team, Sub-consultants, Geotechnical, mechanical /electrical and Utility engineers, Stakeholders, Authorities and Service Providers. -Carry out all necessary design and interface management activities to ensure correct integration between the design and construction packages and to avoid any gaps, misalignment, or buildability issues. -Perform review the design delivery in line with quality and HSE plans. -Attend and participate in key technical/ progress meetings / workshops as required. -Manage and deliver projects and/or tasks to budget. Assist in the development of technical approaches and fees for proposals. -Perform AGL design and engineering in coordination with masterplan, airfield geometry and grading design and drawings. -Manage design inputs and requests for information (RFI). -Perform design as per ICAO and Annex 14, International standards/codes and local regulations such as GACAR and GCAA. -Responsible for delivery as per baseline program. The lead shall provide comments where necessary and provide confirmation of the timely delivery. -Coordinate with wider design and project management office on seamless integration of package delivery. -Provide support to planning and scheduling, change management, stakeholder management, procurement/subcon management, project control related to Airfield delivery.

What You Bring
-Thorough understanding of AGL technologies in the market including specialist AGL supplier’s design and management. -Required skill set to perform the Civil 3D design for AGL. -Full understanding on the Stop bars and Intermediate Hold Positions design and signages. -Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and clients. -A minimum of 10 years of overall electrical engineering experience. -A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. -Airspace and math modelling understanding. -BIM / Civil 3D Knowledge and CDE design collaboration and workings as necessary level of skill set. -Airfield concept of operations and understandings including RWY CAT I, II, III requirements. -Experience of working in a consultancy, client facing environment and on Middle East projects is preferable. -At least 5 years of proven hand on experience in AGL design for Airports airfield projects. -Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in AGL or electrical design.
