Overview

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of hotel rooms and public areas for guest comfort.

Tasks

-Ensure the guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard -Ensure your uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition -Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly -Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors -Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved
