Tasks

-Driving proposal development, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. -Highlighting the GHD difference and challenging bid teams to develop compelling proposals. -Collaborating with technical, client, and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals. -Leading and facilitating bid workshops, reviews, and managing bid action plans. -Work across the winning work lifecycle from opportunity through to proposal and post submission activities.

What You Bring

-8-12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the professional services, construction or property industries -Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Adobe Creative Suite also desirable -A proactive, organised and outcomes-oriented approach, with exceptional people and relationship skills with an ability to influence and negotiate. -Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across an organization
