Tasks

-Partner with software development and product teams to provide client feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements. -Track sales activities in CRM tools, provide accurate forecasts, and report on performance metrics. -Work with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that increase visibility and generate new business. -Respond promptly to inbound leads and guide prospects through the sales process. -Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. -Represent CIMA+ at industry conferences, trade shows, and client-facing events across North America. -Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through research, outreach, and networking. -Maintain expert knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry applications. -Plan and deliver effective software demonstrations in collaboration with technical specialists.

The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with proven success in technology sales and a strong interest (or background) in transportation, road safety, or traffic engineering. -Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques (essential). -Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, client-facing presence. -Experience presenting at conferences, industry events, and product demos. -Knowledge of traffic engineering, transportation planning, or road safety (an asset). -Willingness to travel within North America (20–30%). -Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools. -Bilingual in English and French (asset). -3+ years of proven sales experience in software and/or hardware solutions in the USA.
