Testing and inspecting void properties to prepare them for reoccupation
Testing and inspecting electrical installations, including completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
Requirements

Full UK driving licence with a clean record
Experience in domestic and social housing environments
City & Guilds 18th Edition (17th Edition acceptable with commitment to upgrade)
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (including AM2)
