  • Carrying out corrective remedial works to ensure compliance with BS 7671
  • Performing electrical repairs and maintenance in domestic properties, including reactive fault-finding
  • Conducting mutual exchange inspections and activation for safe tenant handover
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with tenants and team members
  • Testing and inspecting void properties to prepare them for reoccupation
  • Testing and inspecting electrical installations, including completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)

  • Full UK driving licence with a clean record
  • Experience in domestic and social housing environments
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition (17th Edition acceptable with commitment to upgrade)
