Tasks

-To provide system comparison, analyze and fill in products & technical information -Be proactive in entire sales cycle, from identifying pipeline, specs in, offering to customers to delivery execution and T&C -Develop project delivery forecast & mid-term sales & order plans -To coordinate with operation team, credit & finance team to ensure timely delivery in meeting forecast plan -Plans, executes, and manages residential, light commercial & VRF projects -Collaborate with management team to develop strategic plans for business growth.

What You Bring

-Proactive and aggressive in making sales -Has HVAC experience -Able to provide alternative solutions to suit customer's need/requirement -Adapted quickly to unexpected site changes or obstacles encountered during project execution -Willing to travel and has own transportation -Able to work independently. Proactively look out for help and resolve / overcome obstacles and issues. -Has minimum degree in Engineering -Has minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in commercial sales
