Overview
Oversee fleet equipment maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.

Tasks
-Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures -Keep current on new technologies as they relate to the management of equipment and apply accordingly -Collaborate with engineers and shop teams to support efficient manufacturing and assembly -Design and revise 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings for fabrication and installation -Secure and analyze vendor quotes and estimates for services, tools, parts, and supplies -Schedule and perform preventative maintenance for designated Company equipment -Oversee mechanics in the performance of all repairs on both light and heavy equipment -Document work performed by utilizing system software programs -Develop and maintain vendor list and continuously monitor overall quality of service provided -Supervise work of designated in-house mechanics, field mechanics, fuel & lube technicians, and vendors -Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are always complied with -Perform measurements, inspections, and maintain organized design files and records -Monitor and control inventory levels of parts, tools and supplies -Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment as needed -Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards -Coordinate with safety department to ensure a safe work environment is maintained -Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service -Supervise the inspection and repair of designated Company vehicles and equipment and provide recommendations on course of action accordingly

What You Bring
-High school diploma or GED -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Regular and predictable attendance -Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain rapport -Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet equipment maintenance -Proficient with computer systems as related to utilization of scheduling of manpower/resources, implementation of preventative maintenance programs and inventory management systems -Strong commitment to safety -Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations -Excellent communication skills -General knowledge of MS Office Suite -Strong leadership and team building skills
