Overview
Lead greenfield urban planning services and manage client relationships in Victoria.

Tasks
-Contribute to the creation of a safe workplace and complying with all workplace health safety (WHS) policies and procedures, reporting any identified hazards, near misses and incidents; -Provide advanced statutory and strategic urban planning principles and methods and the ability to apply them, including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans and the approval process and management; -Contribute to the continuous improvement of workplace health & safety (WHS), and promoting compliance by others; and -Proactively identify opportunities to engage and work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines and Business Units across Victoria and the broader firm on cross-disciplinary projects; -Keep abreast of market developments and industry trends affecting the business and devise strategies to respond; -Nurture and developing individual staff members, through effective coaching and mentoring; -Provide with others, technical and management support to the Planning team (and staff members) on a day-to-day basis, ensuring committed projects are, and remain, commercially viable; -Achieve revenue targets that comprise both Personal Fees and Work Under Management, through strong service delivery and project management; -Provide an expert range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, masterplans, PSPs and the approval process and management;

What You Bring
-Tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or a related discipline -Relevant experience, consultancy or government environment -Proven track record of managing projects -Proven ability to manage and develop team members
